What is Gough & Gilmour AnalysisMATE?

At the heart of the premium oil analysis offering is Gough & Gilmour AnalysisMATE. This web-based condition monitoring system software is your all-in-one access point for all the key information you need to make better maintenance decisions. All of the administrative parts of a program are handled from printing sample labels to storing history, to receiving alerts. You can capture vital information such as hours of operation, miles of service, or other equipment data to really put your testing data to work.

You can then use the software to customize a maintenance program that meets your specific needs. With a secure central database that records equipment condition histories and generates intuitive graphs that help you identify potentially at-risk equipment, the Gough & Gilmour AnalysisMATE program not only helps you monitor problems, but also helps you prevent problems before they even start.

With Gough & Gilmour AnalysisMATE you can also tap into a wealth of information from knowledgeable suppliers, OEMs, and consultants through our online database. If you have equipment at multiple sites, you can combine all equipment data into one database to compare and benchmark equipment throughout your company or the world. You can even collaborate with multiple team members within your organization from multiple sites. The system allows you to share the information you need with the people you need to share it with no matter where they are.

All these key features of Gough & Gilmour AnalysisMATE help to maximize your equipment availability and help improve the productivity of your operation. By helping you make better equipment decisions, you may also be able to lower capital expenditures in addition to reducing maintenance expenses.

How does Gough & Gilmour AnalysisMATE help me manage my equipment better?

Instead of being filed in a drawer somewhere, your oil analysis results are progressively tracked and trended so that emerging trends in oil characteristics can be seen and understood. This gives invaluable insight into the heart of your equipment and how it is really performing. It provides you an opportunity to act early before problems escalate to potentially expensive or dangerous failures.

Gough & Gilmour AnalysisMATE provides an easy-to-follow format for listing your equipment information. Equipment can be re-grouped, re-named and moved around as often as necessary such that it’s organization reflects your changing business needs. Components can even be moved from one piece of equipment to another, retaining historical information (for example if an engine was re-deployed).
